I am happy with the outcome of my renovation, managed by Amirul from Bestmas. Along with Lynda who made the 2D and 3D designs, and entertaining the request for curve shaped TV cabinet until what I had imagined was materialised left a good impression to begin with.

From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality. Amirul would always try his best to address any issues together with his main office.

He was very responsive and gave advice on materials and practicality of design as well.

The contractors quality of work is superb and dedicated team. Highly recommended for home renovation.

My only request is for Bestmas to ensure timeliness of delivery by adding more contractors especially in high demand season.

All in all, i would not hesitate to re-engage Bestmas for future reno works if any😄

After 3 months living in our renovated home, I can confidently say engaging this contractor was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Everything still feels solid, comfortable, and beautifully done — not just on the surface, but also in terms of practicality and workmanship.

About Amirul (our sales consultant):
• Very easy to deal with and always punctual.
• From our first discussion, Amirul already understood my needs, preferences, and taste — it’s like he could read what we wanted without us having to explain too much.
• He never pushed for fancy unnecessary stuff while respecting our budget and worked smartly within it to achieved what we envisioned.
• Experienced and always able to advise on pros and cons — he didn’t just say yes to everything, but guided us on what’s practical versus what’s just aesthetic (which I truly appreciate as someone who values function over form).
• Calm in handling drama 😬, whenever issues arose, he able to handled them professionally and quickly solved by communicating with us.
• You can tell he genuinely cares about the outcome and client satisfaction, not just completing the job.

🏠 About the renovation & construction quality:

• When our Wi-Fi installer came to drill the TV console, he even asked who our contractor was — he said the work was so neat and solid, and the cabinet material was thick and high quality. Which, coming from an outsider, we of course took the compliment with pride 😝

• After 3 months of daily use, everything still looks and feels as good as new — from the cabinets to the flooring and finishing, nothing feels cheap or rushed.

• The finishing is super kemas, no weird gaps

• Paintwork and detailing are clean; no visible brush marks, and color consistency is excellent.

• Electrical and lighting placements are well thought out — practical, convenient, and suit daily routines perfectly.

• Plumbing works smoothly with no leaks

• The space planning and built-in design made our house feel more spacious and functional — we can really feel that thought went into every inch.

• Overall, the workmanship is kemas, strong, and durable — a true reflection of quality work.

We’re truly happy and satisfied with the results, and even after months of living here, there’s nothing major we’d change. Highly recommend Amirul and his team for anyone looking for a professional, practical, and high-quality renovation experience.

On 1st January, I received a WhatsApp from Amirul, one of the Sales Designer from Bestmas, and that was what created my journey with Bestmas. We did L-shape kitchen, all wirings, installation of all lights and fans, adding extra power points, two wardrobes and TV cabinet, curtains, whole house painting and also basic cleaning after reno. The process of communicating with Amirul for the first time to discuss the renovation plan and choosing designs and materials, to witnessing the materialisation of the whole thing was simply amazing. I love dealing with Amirul, I had asked him sooooo many questions and he always answered me and guided me a lot, courteously. Then, I also had the privilege to get to know Jesslyn, the site manager, also another friendly person-in-charge, had also given me so many insights and also walked the second mile to get many jobs done. Both of them really had given me so much advice and favour and help. Thanks alot! Bestmas' workmanship is superb too. We really love the kitchen, the wardrobes and the TV cabinet. Now, we have a beautiful home for our parents. We wanted it clean and minimalistic look, looking natural and earthly tone and we got it. Thank you, Bestmas. Thank you, Amirul and Jesslyn.
